It's that time of year again!

Our most popular Special Cupcake of the year is now available.
Belgian Chocolate cupcakes topped with a fluffy chick and a Belgian chocolate egg sitting on green coconut grass. Too cute!

One month in and our Gluten-Free Polenta Babycakes are flying out the door! Caterers have reported back to us that they are keeping really well in their freezers and are perfect for morning/afternoon teas. Cafes are reporting back that they are selling really, really well. We shall have some signage for them very soon.

We are very excited to announce our new Gluten-Free Polenta Babycakes. They come in three flavours (Lime & Coconut, Passionfruit and Lemon & Poppyseed). They keep extremely well and look gorgeous on display. You can read about them here.

We have a new product!

Our Famous Brownies needed a friend so we have come up with a Caramel Macadamia Slice.

It has a delicious vanilla shortbread base topped with a rich buttery caramel layer.
On top of that we sprinkle chunks of dark Belgian chocolate, some of which sink into the caramel.
Then we finish it off with gorgeous crunchy Australian macadamia nuts and bake it until it's all gooey and brown and gorgeous.
