Finally! You’ve made it! You’re here at the page where our Famous Brownies live! Our brownies are the heart and soul of our Bakehouse. We make thousands and thousands every day (800 per hour come out of our Big Mama oven). They have been known to develop a cult following in the cafes we supply with customers turning up on the days they know we deliver. Here’s the low-down:

Triple Chocolate Brownies (the famous ones)

After fourteen years of making thousands every day, the staff still fight over the leftovers! That’s the best indication we can give you of how good they are. Packed with chunks of dark and white chocolate in a soft, fudgy base. Yum. Promise! Box of 16 or 25 or a whole slab (30x30cm).

Caramel Macadamia Nut Crumble Slice

The new baby sister to our Famous Brownies! A vanilla short bread, covered with our own rich caramel (made from scratch), then studded with dark Belgian chocolate, topped with a macadamia nut crumble and baked ’till golden! Oh My! Box of 20 or whole slab (20x30cm)

Gluten-Free Brownies!

Our Famous Brownies made gluten-free! Delicious and fudgy, made with real espresso, dark chocolate chunks and crunchy hazelnuts. Box of 20 or a whole slab. Individual pieces: 5x6cm, whole slab: 20x30cm.
